Our range (Socks, Arch Support Footwear and Insoles) come with a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.
- Wear them, test them out, and see how they feel for up to 30 days.
- Still not right for you? Send them back within 30 days of delivery for a refund on the product (return postage isn't covered), regardless of the condition they're in.
- Prefer an exchange instead? That's free any time within the same 30-day window.
Purchases Made Through Retailers
The 30-Day Comfort Guarantee is only available for orders placed directly through our official online store. Stockists and retailers set their own return terms since they operate independently of us.
If a retailer is unable to help you out, get in touch with us directly — you may still qualify for store credit under our 30-day exchange window.

Refunds
Refunds are available too, though the cost of return postage is deducted from the amount refunded.
