Podiatrist
DESIGNED
Features & Benefits
Lightfeet Active Support Insoles are podiatrist-designed orthotic insoles built for active feet — combining structured arch support, targeted shock absorption and responsive energy return to help you stay comfortable, supported and protected through every step.
- Designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists since 2006. Backed by nearly two decades of biomechanical refinement, our podiatry team continues to lead the design of every Lightfeet insole.
- 3-step arch support for foot alignment. A graduated arch contour gently guides the foot into a more neutral position, reducing strain on the plantar fascia and joint stress through the legs, hips and lower back.
- Helps relieve plantar fasciitis. Proper arch support is one of the most recommended interventions for plantar fasciitis, and the Active Support Insole is engineered to deliver that support all day — helping reduce the heel pain and arch strain commonly associated with the condition.
- Improved muscle efficiency. Better foot alignment means your muscles work more efficiently, which can reduce fatigue across the feet, legs and lower body.
- LIGHTFEET AERO SHOCK™ heel insert. Targeted heel cushioning absorbs and disperses impact at the moment of heel strike — helping reduce shock travelling up through the feet, knees, hips and lower back.
- LIGHTFEET NITRO REBOUND™ forefoot. A responsive forefoot insert returns energy with every push-off, delivering a springy, propulsive feel underfoot.
- LIGHTFEET ContourTech™ customisable fit. Moulds subtly to the shape of your foot for a personalised, broken-in feel.
- SwiftFoam™ breathable construction. Engineered for breathability so feet stay cooler and drier inside your shoes.
- Odour-resistant. Keeps insoles fresher between washes, even with daily wear.
- No trimming required. Sized to fit straight out of the box — no need to cut, trim or shape.
MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIALS
Lightfeet Active Support Orthotic Insole are crafted from recycled EVA and recycled PU foam, reclaimed from manufacturing offcuts that would otherwise end up in landfill — where EVA can take 150 to 200 years to break down.
Recycled doesn't mean compromised. Our recycled EVA and PU deliver the same shock absorption, cushioning and durability as virgin foam, while keeping waste out of landfill and reducing demand for new petroleum-based materials.
Every Lightfeet Insole you buy is a small, practical step toward a more circular footwear industry — and proof that performance and sustainability can go in the same insole.
Materials & Care

Been suffering from fasciitis and tendinitis these inserts are amazing have kept me on my feet in relative comfort, nothing else worked. Great find for me Woo hoo
Excellent, really helps with my heel pain
The more I wear these the more uncomfortable it feels but it eased my pain when first worn
Great fit and comfortable in my trainers and shoes
Great
The insoles are very comfortable. I had broken a bone in my foot and the insoles gave an added cushioning to help relieve the pain.
Great support and really comfortable keeping your feet pain free whilst road walking! Would highly recommend these!
Very happy with these insoles
They work
Bought these to replace a worn out pair of much more expensive innersoles. I would say these are better. Put them in my walking shoes and managed a 8 mile hike along the north Norfolk coastal path with no problem.
My Lightfeet Orthotic Insoles are just what I needed to put easily in my sneakers & help to ease Plantar Fasciitis. They are a permanent fixture for all shoes I wear. Thank you. 😃
Great insoles. Haven't cured my plantar but I think they've helped.
My husband had plantar fasciitis! These have really helped him with the pain
These make my heels worse, they do not work sadly
The arch seems high for me so I think I need to try a lower arch version
I first bought these about 7 years ago in a sports store. They are reasonably priced and do the job, unlike some others that are overpriced and rubbish. They are still reliably comfortable and longer lasting, I look forward to being able to buy them for the next 10 years!
I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for around fifteen years but recently after changing my running shoes just before a races my feet have been killing me. The pain in my heel has been unbelievable. The first few steps in the morning especially. Putting the insoles in my shoes instantly made it more bearable as I spend my day walking on a concrete floor. Now after a few weeks, it is still noticeable but much more comfortable and I’ve not been taking ibuprofen constantly either. I even managed a short run this week.
Really helps my plantar
Best innersoles I’ve had to support my arches
Excellent product, very high quality, been using it everyday and have noticed a difference
Exactly what I wanted

My shoes have become so much more comfortable since inserting Active Support Orthotic Insole. No more Plantar fasciitis. Thanks Lightfeet
It is more support my arch. And I feel comfortable than you buy an insole at pharmacy.
Have ongoing issues with lower back soreness and feet when on my feet for long periods, this product actually does it's job Would buy again
I have bought your insoles on two occasions - they make such a difference to the comfort of my feet, and I have shared them with my daughter as she spends a lot of her work day on her feet, and she says that they make a big difference.
These have stopped me having pain in my foot and are very comfortable.
I’ve had foot pain for years and it travels up my calves to my hips. These insoles have helped with my feet and also with my knees. My feet roll inwards slightly and the pain relief is amazing. Cannot recommend more.
Great
Helps a lot with my plantar fasciitis
Great support and good fit in my court shoes, a lot less leg strain these days now that I’m using these
These are the best inner soles I have ever bought. I used to buy them from The Athletes Foot and they don’t seem to stock them anymore. So we tried out the brand they were stocking and they were complete rubbish. They wore out in a couple of weeks. So glad I went on line and found the website where I can buy direct. Such good offer that I purchased multiple so I don’t have to swap them between shoes :-). 100% recommend these to anyone wanting a non moulded orthotic.
Love these insole's, helps with my foot pain.
Fit neatly into my Brooks joggers
These are the best innersoles iv ever owened. I owe 10 sets now in all my work, casual and going out shoe's.
The insoles work well for me, and also they are available in my (large) size. I regularly buy them and use them to replace the insoles in any shoes I buy.
The active support insoles help manage my plantar fasciitis!
