• Designed by Australian Sports Podiatrists. Developed by the same podiatry team behind our trusted insoles and socks, so the support is clinically informed, not cosmetic.
• Helps relieve plantar fasciitis pain. Our 1st Ray Drop Out, Arch Contour Flex and deep cushioning work together to reduce strain on the plantar fascia and ease heel and arch discomfort.
• Relieves tired, aching legs. Lightweight, shock-absorbing EVA cushioning takes the load off your feet, knees and lower back — ideal for long days on hard surfaces.
• Improved stability. A deeper heel cup combined with longitudinal and transverse arch support keeps your foot aligned with every step.
• Prevents toe clawing. A secure strap, T-bar toe grip and built-in toe spring stop your toes from gripping to keep the thong on — the leading cause of foot fatigue in standard thongs.

Our Arch Support Flip Flops are crafted from recycled EVA foam, reclaimed from footwear manufacturing offcuts that would otherwise end up in landfill — where EVA can take 150 to 200 years to break down.
By repurposing this material, we keep waste out of landfill and reduce demand for virgin foam, without sacrificing performance. Recycled EVA is just as durable, shock-absorbing and cushioned as new EVA, and it moulds subtly to the shape of your foot for a personalised, broken-in feel.

Materials & Care
Made from recycled EVA foam. Our thongs do not contain rubber or latex, making them a great option for anyone with rubber or latex sensitivities.
To get the longest life out of your Lightfeet Arch Support Flip Flops:
- Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Air dry away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid excessive heat — don't leave them in a hot car, near heaters, or in direct sun for long periods, as this can warp the EVA.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and aggressive detergents.
- Take care when wet — the recycled EVA surface can be slippery on wet tiles, decks and pool surrounds.
- Hold the handrail on escalators, as you would with any thong or slide.
Size & Fit
We recommend ordering your usual running shoe size. This applies across our Flip Flops, Slides, Socks and Insoles.
Half sizes: Round up to the next full size. For example, if you're normally an 8.5, order a 9.
Strap fit: If the strap feels slightly snug at first, gently stretch it outward to suit the width of your foot. Stretch in small amounts — over-stretching can permanently loosen the strap.

They’re brilliant but the sizes don’t equate exactly with UK & EU feet. Your size 5 fits me well but my feet are size 4. Your size 6 were too small for my daughter …. Should have ordered a size 7. Thanks.
Able to get these as an offer buying 3 pairs which was brilliant. I have been wearing another make of instep support fit flops. These, I would say, are comfier, slightly softer and fitted without adjustment. Loved the offer as I got 3 different colours so can match to my wardrobe. Ordering easy, delivery prompt. I love my Lightfeet flip flops! I ordered a green pair for myself and two pairs for my daughter in black and white. On my first order, I got the sizing wrong and had to get in touch with customer service to arrange an exchange of children's sizes. I would like to give a big shout out to the customer service team who were responsive, friendly and helped me within a few hours to arrange a bigger size. It was much appreciated. Ordered 3 pairs in different colours After reading reviews, I decided to down size by one size to 36 from my normal UK 37. However, I wish I hadn't because although footbed is fine lengthwise and really comfy, the width is tight on the straps. I'm hoping they give after a few more wears 🙏 Other than that they seem a good little flip flop.

I have had both my big toe joints fused because of arthritis. I find these flip flops comfortable and supportive. They are ideal for the summer and packing in the panniers for motorcycle trips

Love them! I now have SEVEN pairs but I’m sure I’ve room for more. They are the absolute best footwear for comfort, style and the choice of colours is outstanding. They are the best. I’ve walked for miles snd miles in them and not once have I had any issues. If you’re uncertain about buying please don’t be as you won’t be disappointed at all.

I wear flip flops from February to November (in the UK, because I'm weird and have claustrophobic feet) so I really need supportive and long lasting flips WITH ARCH SUPPORT.
